Pozzi Rinaldi Laura - Painter

Laura Pozzi Rinaldi

She is a surveyor and her interest in art leads her to obtain her artistic maturity at the Brera Art School in Milan.
For a few years he attended the studio of the painter/engraver Pietro Diana in Milan where he studied and portrayed the human figure.
Subsequently at Anny Ferrario's atelier he approaches engraving which becomes his main expressive method.
"The almost naive and ingenuous atmosphere of his engravings become the distinctive note of his art".
In 1996 he joined the Association. Italiana Ex Libris, ALE, and with them participates, for a few years, in specific exhibitions at various Italian municipalities and museums.
He received the plaque "Roma arte 2000: the best artists of the Jubilee" conferred by the Int. Ass. "Il Collezionista" of Rome with an exhibition in the 'Traspontina hall of the Vatican.
In 2001 he began a collaboration with the "Il Pellicano" Cultural Foundation of Trasanni di Urbino for the creation of engravings with religious subjects, chosen by Don Ezio, which were then exhibited at the Trasanni museum dedicated to Mary. Catalogs were also made for the Laura Pozzi Rinaldi foundation, who also made a bookplate.
In 2004 he enrolled in the Ass. Naz. Italiana of Vigonza (PD), participating in some exhibitions proposed by them and in 2011 it was included in their catalog.
The art gallery of the Cloister of Voltorre (VA) and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Albissola in 2002 organized the event Tra "Terra Amarcord Albissola, designer ceramics" with exhibitions in Voltorre and Albissola which was attended by 44 Italian artists including Laura Pozzi Rinaldi.

At the Chiostro di Voltorre, in 2004, an international exhibition of Raku art was held to which the artist was invited. Later he exhibited his Raku works in a solo show.
In 2006 various events were held under the "Ceramiche 150" logo, with exhibitions, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the ceramics of Laveno Mombello (VA).

All invited artists were asked to create a tile, which was then placed on a wall near the Ceramics Museum in Cerro di Laveno (VA).
In 2010 he met the artist Roberto Zambelli, manager of the "Torre Strozzi" gallery in Perugia and began a fruitful collaboration with him, which lasted a few years, participating in various exhibitions.
Through him he became part of the "Venezia - Arte" project for the combination of themed first day covers chosen from national philatelic issues where the artist had to create a work that was then shown on the postage stamp. Laura Pozzi Rinaldi made the engraving of "Mr Max" and a watercolor subject taken from the book Cuore.
Always with the artist Zambelli he was part of the "contemporary art in ceramics" project which arises from the desire to enhance the high-level "made in Italy" craftsmanship with semi-finished products from Deruta.
Unfortunately the collaboration ends with the sudden death of the gallerist Roberto Zambelli.
Engravings and ceramic works by Laura Pozzi Rinaldi are kept in private collections, Italian and foreign museums.
From 1995 to today he has participated in various group exhibitions, also making personal exhibitions in galleries, libraries and museums.
