Membership of the Basic Association Plan

ArtistaOnLine creates the digital catalogue, a web space dedicated to the Association , taking care to upload all the contents (texts, images, videos, events, articles).
The publication for the Associations is free of charge while the publication for the Artists is paid (see Basic Plan )
The " Basic Association Plan " is annual and is automatically renewed.

The plan includes the publication of the following contents:

Biography
The biography of the Association must be written in Word format (short text recommended - no other formats) to which an image of the Association logo in JPG format must be attached.
Participation / organization of events, exhibitions, concerts
List of the Association's participation in events/exhibitions/concerts etc... (example: 2023 - exhibition "title" - location).
The list must be in Word format (one line for each participation/event/show - no other formats ).
Photogallery of the association
Upload of 5 images for each event. The images add up from year to year and thus create a historic photo album.
Images MUST be provided in JEPG format ( no other formats ) and renamed as follows:
year - description - place
Catalog of Artists/Members
Each Artist/Member will have a profile picture with name and surname linked to their web space (see Basic Plan ).
Images MUST be provided in JEPG format ( no other formats ) and renamed as follows:
Surname Name – category (e.g. Mario Rossi – Painting).

Unlimited publication of articles on the "ArtBlog" .
Each article MUST be written in Word format (No other format), accompanied by 1 image in JEPG format ( no other format ) and sent by e-mail to info@artistaonline.it
Unlimited publication of Events in which the association participates or organizes
Each event and related data MUST be written in Word format ( no other format ), indicate place, event title, location address, date and time of the event and must be accompanied by an image and/or poster in JEPG format ( no other format ). .

Social Sharing
The events and articles published by ArtistaOnLine are shared on our social channels.
Participation in events
The Association and the Artists/Members of the same regularly published on the portal have the opportunity to participate in the events (group exhibitions/concerts/music reviews/events in general) organized by us or in which we participate.

ATTENTION:
Anything that does not comply with the indications WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED.

Any extra work for the arrangement/adaptation of the material and content (texts/images/etc.) will be provided upon purchase of a consumption-based hour package (see ancillary costs).

How to send the material to be published

Prepare individual folders of each type of content (texts, images, etc…)
The material to be published must be sent by email to the address info@artistaonline.it
We recommend using the www.wetransfer.com service to send the folders previously prepared (texts, images, etc...).

Updating the contents of the association page
It will be possible to update the contents of the page by sending the contents to be published to the address info@artistaonline.it .

How much does it cost
For the Association, membership of the Portal is annual with AUTOMATIC RENEWAL at ZERO cost.
If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel at least 30 days before expiry without paying any penalty .
