Vittorio Francalanza was born in 1953 in San Zenone al Po (PV) where he currently lives.
He owes his artistic training to a long self-taught work that has always accompanied him in support of his innate creativity and eccentricity. He attended the AR.VI.MA civic school of visual arts in Pavia from 1999 to 2002 and in the following eight years he attended the atelier of the artist Monica Anselmi who guided him towards informal painting.
Later he devoted himself to sculpture first using wood and then iron and steel.
Lately he has dedicated himself to ceramics by setting up a laboratory with a raku kiln.
He creates very particular vases and sculptures in terms of shapes and colors.
He is particularly known in his area where he is appreciated and where he permanently exhibits his works in the municipal area.
